Introduction

Now, it’s time to rfill in any remaining gaps, and validate the answers to finalize your CSRD report.

Steps

Step 1: Check the Missing Elements

Start by reviewing all data points marked as ‘Incomplete’. These are flagged by the Karomia AI as having missing elements.

What are missing elements? The Karomia AI compares each data point answer to the legal requirements associated with it. If any gaps are identified, they are flagged as missing elements.

To view the missing elements for any incomplete data point, click the ‘Insights’ icon in the right-hand menu.

If you also want to refer to the original ESRS standards, click the ‘Regulatory Text’ icon in the same menu. This will show the structured legal text for the respective data point.

Step 2: Edit the Answers

Based on the identified missing elements, you can now add the required information to the data point answer.

You can do this manually or use our built-in AI assistant for a more efficient process. Learn more about the AI assistant’s capabilities here: Get AI assistance.

After making changes, you can always refresh the missing elements to automatically verify if your edits have addressed them and included all required information in the data point answer.

Step 3: Mark as Complete and Validate

Once you’ve added all necessary information, you can mark the data point as ‘complete.’
