The opportunity ✨

We're looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer to join our team and revolutionize sustainability reporting — making it transparent and hyper-efficient, allowing sustainability officers time to do what matters: implement sustainable business practices.

Your Responsibilities 🚀

• You hold a key position in the product development chain: to integrate AI solutions into our products, ensuring our product retains a high degree of flexibility and scales with the growth of our clients.
• You are an expert in scaling and deploying ML & AI systems, with deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and automated deployment techniques.
• You work with advanced AI models, including LLMs, deep learning, NLP, and data mining techniques in big data contexts.
• You know how to create, deploy, manage, upgrade and maintain scalable AI & ML pipelines.
• You write clean, efficient, and maintainable code (Python or Node are a plus).
• You work together with the product team, among which an AI research engineer, a backend engineer and a product manager to bring new pipelines to production.

Who you are 💡

• Educational Background: PhD or Master in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
• Soft Skills:

  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-organizing with the ability to work independently.
  • Effective & structured communicator who thrives in a collaborative setting.
• Technical Skills:
  • Infrastructure expert with advanced knowledge of Docker, Terraform, GCP, Azure, or other deployment technologies
  • Advanced knowledge in AI, LLMs, and machine learning.
  • Expert in Python programming.
  • Advanced Knowledge of database systems include traditional SQL databases and Vector Databases.
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
