The Opportunity ✨

As a Founders' Associate at Karomia, you will work closely with our founders to drive key projects, tackle strategic challenges, and help shape the future of the company. This is a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in running and scaling a high-growth SaaS startup. You’ll be a problem-solver, strategic thinker, and trusted right-hand person to the founders.

Your Responsibilities 🚀

• Collaborate with the founders on strategic initiatives, including market expansion, fundraising, and product development.
• Take ownership of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and fostering a positive team culture.
• Manage key financial processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
• Help streamline internal processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Lead and execute cross-functional projects that align with Karomia’s goals.
• Act as a liaison between the founders and various teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and key materials for internal and external stakeholders.
