Introduction

Even with most data points prefilled and completed, manually finalizing all incomplete data points can be tedious.

That’s where the Karomia AI Assistant helps. It provides practical tools to efficiently create a complete and accurate report.

Below, we outline the current options available. This article will be updated as more features are added to the assistant.

Options

Option 1: Regenerate the Answer

First and foremost, you can regenerate an entire data point answer based on new or corrected information.

To do this, open the AI assistant and select ‘Regenerate answer’. A guided chat will take you through the steps.

You’ll first see a list of all documents used for the current answer. To exclude irrelevant documents, select ‘Stop using for this answer’. You can also add new or updated documents by clicking ‘Yes, add documents’, which lets you choose from all uploaded documents or upload new ones from your device. The AI will then use these files when generating the new answer.

Note: Linking a document to a data point doesn’t guarantee it will be used. The Karomia AI scans documents for relevant content; if none is found, the document won’t affect the final answer.

You’ll then have the option to add additional instructions, such as extra context, specific writing or layout preferences, or other details.

Once submitted, the AI assistant will regenerate your data point answer. The status will change to ‘Processing’, and the answer will be locked until the updated version is ready. This may take a few minutes if new documents are being processed.

Option 2: Query Documents and ESRS Standards

The AI assistant can access all your uploaded documents as well as the ESRS standards.

Need to find specific information hidden in your documents to address a missing element? Perfect!

Want to understand what the ESRS standards or EFRAG guidelines say about a particular topic or concept? This feature is here to help!
