We’re looking for a Growth Manager who is passionate about driving strategic growth, Product-led-growth and elevating our brand presence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven product & marketing strategies that fuel customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your Responsibilities 🚀

• Strategic Growth: Design and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, etc.) to accelerate growth.
• Product-Led-Growth (PLG) impact: You know how to analyse users and define ways to maximize upsell conversion
• Data-Driven Decisions: Build and monitor dashboards to measure, and optimize marketing performance, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable results.
• Experimentation & Testing: Implement A/B testing and track conversion rate optimization efforts to refine our marketing funnel and boost lead generation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to align growth strategies with overall business goals.
• Market Insights: Identify new market opportunities, monitor industry trends, and leverage insights to continuously improve our marketing tactics.
• Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, track ROI, and adjust spend to maximize impact.
