The Opportunity ✨

Are you brimming with ideas, can turn them into action, and have a thing for design, branding, and video editing? Karomia is looking for a Junior Marketing Creative who’s not afraid to push boundaries and bring our brand to life across Belgium and beyond.

This role is perfect for a recent graduate, who wants to work at the heart of a growing climate-tech company and build something cool from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities 🚀

• Create and maintain Karomia’s brand identity, from visual storytelling to tone of voice.
• Design eye-catching marketing materials for events: banners, flyers, merch, brochures, social media posts and more.
• Build & publish compelling videos across different channels: social media, our website, and events.
• Support internal teams with branded assets that make their work shine.
• Think big: bring new ideas to the table for how to grow Karomia’s visibility and employer brand.
• Make sure everyone in Europe knows about Karomia and wants to work with or for us.

• Fresh but fierce: You’ve just graduated or are early in your career, but you’ve already gotten your hands dirty during an internship or student job.
• Creative & autonomous: You love brainstorming wild ideas and have the discipline to execute them without someone chasing after you.
