The Opportunity ✨

As a Partnership Manager at Karomia, you will be instrumental to the growth of the company. On the other hand you play a crucial role in truly solving a problem in the market.

You will be responsible for finding, onboarding, and activating resellers of the Karomia solution. You’ll build strong relationships with these partners, ensuring their success and adoption of Karomia in their day-to-day activities.

Your Responsibilities 🚀

• Identify and engage potential resellers who align with Karomia’s mission and values.
• Lead the onboarding process for new resellers, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
• Activate and support resellers in driving customer acquisition and retention.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with reseller partners.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand Karomia’s reseller network.
• Provide ongoing training, resources, and guidance to resellers to ensure their success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals, share feedback, and improve partner enablement.
