Introduction

The final step in creating a new CSRD report on your Karomia platform is uploading all relevant documents of information. This process is organized into four tabs:

  1. Environmental documents
  2. Social documents
  3. Governance documents
  4. Documents relevant to all 3 categories

This article focuses on the General documents tab. These are documents that might be relevant across multiple categories. Documents uploaded here will be matched with all data points of your report by the Karomia AI

Below, we list the most common and relevant types of documents to provide. The more relevant documents you upload, the more complete and accurate the prefilled governance data points will be.

Be mindful of what documents you upload. Adding irrelevant files or multiple versions of the same file can lead to suboptimal results, increasing the manual work needed to complete and validate your CSRD report.

Accepted file types include:

Documents

We recommend reviewing and considering every type of governance document listed in the table below. Additionally, think about other governance documents that may be relevant to your sector or specific situation. Collaborate with others within your organization to identify where these documents might be located.

To streamline the process, gather all relevant documents in a single folder on your drive. Once ready, upload them all at once to your Karomia platform.

As this is the fourth and last tab of the document upload step, you can submit all documents of all four tabs after uploading the generatl ones. Once submitted, the Karomia AI will start processing all the documents and generate your report with as many prefilled data points as possible.
